In each session, you're encouraged to move at your own pace. Feel free to take breaks, sip water, and adjust poses to suit your body's needs. Our goal is to make your practice comfortable and fulfilling.Our wonderful instructors provide various pose variations and modifications throughout the class. If a particular movement doesn't feel right for you, there's never any pressure to do it. Is yoga for me?

Absolutely! Yoga welcomes everyone, regardless of your flexibility or strength. At Serenity yoga, we believe that every journey starts somewhere. In each class, we encourage you to follow your own path. If you're new, just let us know, and we'll be delighted to assist you with the basics and modify poses to suit your body.

Can I take breaks in class?

Absolutely! Whenever you need, feel free to take a breather, skip poses, or find solace in child's pose or lying down. Your practice is about honoring your body's cues. Hydrate and give yourself those moments of self-care whenever you require them during class.

What's a typical class like?

Each session brings a blend of elements: meditation, breath work, warm-ups, poses for strength and balance, twists, backbends, and even inversions. Our class culminates with Savasana, an essential part of yoga—an opportunity for the benefits of our practice to sink in. We kindly ask that you respect the tranquility of others around you. If you need to leave early, you're welcome to do so before Savasana begins.

What should I wear/bring?

We suggest comfy, fitted clothes similar to what you'd wear for a gym workout. Bring along water and your yoga mat for a fulfilling practice.(free mat rental on first visit and $3 after that). Your comfort and readiness are vital for embracing your yoga journey fully.

Where do I park?

You're welcome to park directly across the street in the dirt/grass lot.
