I'm Ruby, a native of St. Augustine and passionate yoga instructor dedicated to holistic wellness and spiritual exploration. With over 10 years of experience, my journey began as a personal quest for balance. My teaching philosophy creates a safe space for students to explore yoga's transformative power through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Certified by Hari Om Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, specializing in Hatha and pranayama, I offer vinyāsa classes for all levels. Currently pursuing chair yoga certification, I also offer private sessions and welcome collaborations. Join me at Serenity for an creative yoga experience!
